Marietta band student, beginner’s through advanced band along with the jazz band, put on an amazing concert, showing off all of the skills they have learned throughout the year. Great job!!!

Step back in time through the decades with the Marietta choirs performing dateline rock ‘n roll. The performance was amazing!!!
Our Primary School students were treated to a Stephen Fite music concert today! Lots of singing, dancing, and fun was had by all!
Our Primary School GEM for April is Mrs. O’Steen! She is our Special Education Director and Assistant Principal. This is Mrs. O’Steen’s first year at Marietta and we are so glad to have her on our team! She does an amazing job!

Marietta High School National Honor treated teachers to breakfast for Teacher's Appreciation Week.
Teacher Appreciation Day 2: Middle School teachers were treated to a cheesecake bar with all the toppings, candy bars and a trail mix bar.
Congratulations to Maverick McClendon, Special Education Teacher - Elementary, for having completed his Masters of Educational Leadership. Mr. McClendon will walk across the stage at Bloomer Sullivan Arena May 6th to receive his diploma. Mr. McClendon brings his best everyday for his students. We are blessed to have him as part of our team.

Enrollment for 2022-23 deadline is set for June 30. Reminder that most site secretaries will not be available after May 27th. Now is the time to be getting any needed assistance with user id information or password resets. Online enrollment has been made even easier this year. Any field that is required for documents and already available on our system has been pre-filled for you. Enrolling a student should take less than 10 minutes. Enroll today and avoid the rush!

Congratulations to Beth Hallum, 5th grade teacher, for being awarded GEM staff member for Marietta Elementary for 4th quarter. Ms. Hallum is completing her 2nd year at Marietta. Her co-workers nominated her for this award for her positive attitude and her faithful dedication to her students.
Progress continues with footings for the new high school building being poured today. Staff and students are excited to see progress and look forward to move-in day.
