W4 Information - W4's (State and Federal) can be updated and submitted through your employee portal.  Login to your portal.  Under the My Info tab scroll down until you see Update W4 and/or Update State W4.  Click on which one you want to update.  Go through the appropriate steps to update and submit. 

W2 Information - Once W2's are published by the district they are available in your employee portal.  Login into your portal.  Click on the IRS e-Consent tab.  Click on the drop down menu to select the year.
