Current President, Judy Sanchez-Fernandez, joined the board in 2018. An alumni since 2003, and a life-long resident of Marietta, she and her husband, Alonso, are proud to be Marietta School supporters. Mrs. Fernandez is the Southern Regions Benefits Manager for the Chickasaw Nation. She wants to be a key link to our community's diversity, beliefs and values and to provide support to our parents, students and employees. As a board member, she feels her most memorable day is always graduation where everyone gathers to celebrate the accomplishments of our students and see them step into their next journey.

Mr. Willis, a 1990 graduate of Marietta Public Schools, has been a member of the board since 2020, currently serving as Vice President and Seat #5. He was first interested in becoming a board member to assist in the hiring of Marietta Alumni and to ensure faculty was providing the best education possible. Mr. Willis is a local rancher as well as working with the Noble Research Institute to implement best ranching and farming practices.

Mr. Woody has served as a member of the Marietta School Board since 2012 and is currently filling Seat 3 as board clerk. He worked for 37 years at Michelin of Ardmore. He and his wife Helen, a 28 year teacher veteran, have lived in Marietta school district for 49 years. Originally, Mr. Woody joined the board to be active because of his wife's involvement with the school, but has continued to serve and enjoys being part of helping make Marietta successful and helping students in any way possible.

Ms. Halstied has served on the board since 2021 and she is serving as the Clerk for the Marietta School Board. She chose to serve to ensure a place for all children to learn and grow into their authentic selves, surrounded by people who care about their future. Ms. Halstied is a 1981 graduate of Marietta and she returned to the area in 2018 to co-own a local restaurant, The Taste, by Chef Rodney.

Brett Harris has served as Marietta School Board member since 2024. He has worked for the City of Marietta since 2014, currently serving as the Chief of Police. He wants to utilize this opportunity to make the best decisions for the students and staff, building a better future for Marietta.
