Pre-K Parents: all Pre-K students will need a nap mat for the school year. The blue and red nap mats have been spotted out at the Ardmore Wal-Mart. Sometimes they go fast, so we wanted to give you a heads up. 😀
Hank Johnson won the Love County 4-H photography contest. 4-H members had the opportunity to submit photos throughout the year in a monthly contest. Hank won several different months and was named the overall winner. Hanks prize won a one on one photo session with Lawrence Anderson.
Marietta high school high school’s FCCLA members are having a busy summer. Emily Faulkenberry SE District 1 FCCLA President began her officer role this summer by attending FCCLA District Officer Training at Oakridge Camp in Anadarko. Also, Marietta FCCLA members Kaitlin Harris, Emily Faulkenberry, Marshal Mansfield and Ryli Wilkinson attended the FCCLA Summer Leadership Summit in Edmond. Mrs Faulkenberry along with Emily Faulkenberry and Kaitlin Harris are making a road trip to San Diego June 29-July 3 to compete in national STAR events (students taking action with recognition).

All Pre-K students that pre-enrolled have now been added to the 2022-23 school year. Parents please watch your email for a communication from Ms. Balog outlining instructions for final enrollment. If you are a parent with existing students at Marietta you will not need a new sign-on and will simply use your current sign-on to now access all students. If you regularly keep your browser open for enrollment, you may have to sign-out and back in to see your Pre-K student. Remember online enrollment ends June 30.

Congrats on day two of Special Olympics for Marietta Indians. Trinity Mantzke took 1st place - Gold, Branson Willis took 4th place, Stetson Willis took took 2nd place - Silver, Kevin Sanchez took 3rd place - Bronze, Memphis Matthews took 2nd place - Silver, Aaron Austin took 3rd place - bronze, Kyle Austin took 3rd place - bronze and Jaxon Maldonado took 5th place.
Special Olympics athletes were giving a very warm send off this morning as they left for state games at the OSU campus in Stillwater. Athletes will compete in various events for the next two days. We wish them success and safe travels!
