5th graders organized factual information about the Titanic into various thinking map posters. Seeing these posters illustrates their learning.
Elementary/Primary Gifted and Talented hosted a career fair where various community members shared their profession with our students. They completed an inventory to show which careers interested them. Thank you to our community for supporting our students!

Mrs. Ballard's Kindergarten Class and Mrs. Chambers' First Grade science classes were learning about the life cycle of chickens in real time. They watched them hatch from the incubator and observed them in the classroom.

Primary students were able to spend some time with the amazing illustrator and artist Danny Gordon yesterday. We enjoyed hearing all about his interactive drawing methods, and students were even able to draw along with him!
Congratulations to the Marietta High School girls powerlifting team. They were runner-up at regionals for large schools. Five girls qualified for state, Melanie Ortiz, Cece Chiffer, Jordyn Metcalf, Haley Wilkerson and Graicee Hicks. This is the highest number of qualifiers from one team in the state.

All of these students are qualified for the OSSAA Regional Speech Tournament that will take place in March.
