Congratulations to Ana Fernandez, Director of Nutrition for Oppa! for the Marietta schools. She placed #3 in the whole company for improved numbers of meals prepped, labor hours and meals served. Ana was quick to say that she could not have had this success without her staff. Ana stated "I couldn't have done it without my lunch ladies! I appreciate them so much for their hard work and it's definitely showing. Without them we couldn't have improved tremendously!! They are here to service the students."

Friday Night High School Basketball
Tonight is Senior night!!!
Festivities will begin at 6:00 with tipoff for the girl's game at 6:30pm.
Middle School parents - drop your eligible student off at the dance then come visit your child's teacher. We look forward to seeing you Thursday night.
The roof is starting to take shape on the new building. Progress continues and a move into the building will occur over the summer break.

Please ask your 5th grader about the math "operations" performed in class today. They were the 'doctor' to mend the 'patient' by completing the math equation using the right order of operations.
Primary-Elementary GT Meeting scheduled for next week, February 16, has been cancelled. Parent/Teacher meetings are scheduled during this time.

Middle School Parents, Parent/Teacher conferences will be held on Thursday, February 16th. We are sending out a Google form that will allow you to reserve your time slot without having to call the school and make an appointment. Congratulations to the January teacher of the month, Ms. Cheyenne Rhoades. Ms Rhoades teaches 7th grade English/Reading and also the Gifted and Talented.
