
Congratulations to Rebekah Alberda on being selected to participate in the Oklahoma Choral Directors Association JH All-State Treble Choir. Rebekah made it through two rounds of auditions and was among those chosen out of the entire state of Oklahoma to participate in this choir. Due to Covid, the choir will be a little different this year. The Choir will be virtual with rehearsals taking place over zoom. This choral experience will take place January 7-9th 2021. Great Job Rebekah!!!!


Marietta high school has built a tradition of excellence in Cross Country and in Track and Field. As a result of their success, our student athletes have the opportunity to continue competing at the collegiate level. Keeping with this tradition, Madison Lemons will be signing a letter of intent to run Cross Country for the Rogers State Hillcats in Claremore Oklahoma. The signing will be in the Marietta High School gymnasium at 11:00 am tomorrow, Friday, December 4th. Family and friends of Madison are welcome to attend. There will be plenty of space to social distance, please remember to wear your mask. Congratulations Madison!!!

Marietta parents here are a few announcements regarding pictures and yearbook:
Basketball Pictures will take place on Wednesday and order forms will be handed out on Monday by your child's coach. Please make sure they have the correct uniform.
Santa pictures will be Friday, December 4th for the Primary Elementary School only. Order forms will be distributed this week. Please do not send the order forms with your child until Friday.
Yearbooks are $55 until December 17th, after that they will go up to $65. You can order online by going to the High school about page at this website and clicking on the Nows Your Chance button or you can pick up an order form in the High School Office.

The Marietta High School Student Council will be hosting a drive-thru food drive on Thursday, November 19. Food can be dropped off in front of the high school from 9:00-3:00. Anyone who would like to donate a turkey to a needy family can call the high school office at 276.3204



Due to COVID regulations and spacing in our cafeteria, Marietta School Cafeteria will not be offering a Thanksgiving meal for parents/family visitors this year. We hope to resume this tradition next year.

A reminder that any student that is on quarantine or distance learning can still receive free breakfast or lunch. Meals to go are available during these times: Breakfast 7:15 am to 9:45 am and Lunch 10:45 t0 12:30.

Marietta Family,
Due to increased positive cases of COVID, Marietta High School will transition to distance learning beginning tomorrow, Friday, November 13th. This is only for the high school site. All other sites will remain in person at this time and buses will run as scheduled. High school students will return to in person learning after Thanksgiving break on November 30th. The safety of our staff and students is our number one priority and we are monitoring the cases closely. Thank you for supporting our efforts in this unprecedented time.
